I had a wonderful stay at The Caesar Hotel in London. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to Kamal, who was especially helpful, always ready with practical tips and showing great kindness. I truly felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Nice clean rooms and Hotel in general was very clean. Staff are really nice and polite and had an issue with the air con in the room and they tried to fix before moving room. Friendly and helpful in the bar and the restaurant too. Location was picked due to work around the corner but nice quite little part of Piccadilly. Breakfast was really good too.

Group of 6 people with 3 double rooms. Well equipped and clean, but too small for 2 people with hand luggage. Literally, movements had to be planned and pre-announced in the room. Comfortable bed. Hotel is well maintained and staff helpful. Excellent base in a good area close to Paddington station.

I am actually disheartened to leave this review as I have been staying at The Caesar for 4 years (hence the 2 stars rather than 1) but unfortunately being kicked out on Christmas Eve morning which also happens to be the anniversary of death of my brother has left me no choice. I originally booked for one night on 22.12 but extended my stay on 23.12 and had to change rooms. To my surprise, upon changing room, I was handed a letter saying there was a lingering smell of smoke in the previous room I was staying in and that a 250 fee would be applied if I was smoking in the room. I do smoke and had not finished my last cigarette so it was in my bag but would never smoke in the room. To be honest, I didnt think anything of it as I assumed that this was a misunderstanding and went out a few times on 23.12 to smoke (outside which is easy to prove as the hotel must have cameras) - as late as 2am. I am pointing this out just because it makes little sense for me to take the time to go outside on multiple occasions to smoke and as late as 2am if I was just smoking in the room. On 24.12, I decided to extend my stay for an extra night (after getting breakfast delivered in room) as I did not feel mentally able to leave with my brother and so I extended my stay online. I was called 5 minutes later to be told this would not be possible as I keep smoking in the room & that apparently the smoke could be smelled from outside (not true, I checked and was typical Caesar scent). I was extremely surprised and asked them to come inspect my room. Two ladies (who I had never seen before in my time staying at this hotel) came into my room and said there was a smell and they gave me 30 minutes to leave (I had not even started my breakfast). Genuinely left wondering if this decision was racially motivated as I did not smoke in the room / there is no way the corridor in front of my room smelled like smoke and if it did, I had nothing to do with it yet I was the one that was blamed? I did get a full refund for the stay so not saying any of this because of any financial motivation, more just want to warn any future person wanting to stay. And I would like to add still that except for this terrible experience, my usual visits at the Caesar have always been lovely and the normal staff very respectful. It genuinely used to be my favourite hotel to visit when I just need to switch off (I live in London) but needless to say I will unfortunately not be coming back. Will try Hotel Miiro Templeton instead :)

The people who work here are great, but for the price I feel decently ripped off. I spent pretty close to $400 USD for a room that was the quality of a 2 star hotel in the US. The room when we arrived was very beat up, with dinged up & dated furniture, dirty sheets, and most concerningly blood on the radiator. I told staff and they cleaned the room for us, which was nice, but, still the room was concerningly dated for $400 in a not very peak time. In addition the shower flooded the bathroom, which was decently concerning. It was fine for a night, but really I don't think was great value.
