I got married at the Towers Hotel on 13.09.25 and can I just say from the start sitting down with the amazing events coordinator Catherine going through all the details to the actual day itself the whole staff were wonderful and made me feel special and at ease, the rooms were spotless and spacious we did boom the suites and they were perfect! Every little thing was spot on. I can’t recommend The Towers enough they go above and beyond and I was very very happy and so was all my family and friends ☺️ massive thank you to Catherine again don’t think I could have done it without you and your wonderful staff xx

We got married at the Towers Hotel last week and truly enjoyed every single moment. The bridal suite was spacious and perfect for getting ready, and the entire day ran seamlessly thanks to the team’s incredible organisation. My partner and I didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and impressively quick, especially with around 70 guests to serve! Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. A special thank you to Cathryn, our wedding coordinator, who was so approachable, supportive, and on top of every detail. We loved every second of our day—thank you to everyone at the Towers Hotel for making it so special.

Exceptional. The bad reviews I've seen don't reflect our experience. Room was clean and we had a very comfortable night's sleep, followed by a great breakfast. Facilities are really good and the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Definitely coming back. Francis on reception was especially lovely, thankyou for a very relaxing stay, Dawn and Andrew

Nice roast dinner, no complaints about that. However the service left a lot to be desired. We booked a week ago and no one mentioned needing the table back at a certain time - this was just announced when we arrived. Now although this left a bit of a sour taste we weren’t overly bothered as we thought we would have finished our dinner in the allotted time. What I was bothered about was the constant badgering, menus down on the table in seconds, being asked three times in less than five minutes to order. Having the plates swiped as soon as you put your fork down. Dessert menus presented before the gravy boats had been taken. Valued customer? No. Conveyer belt..yes. I felt like I deserved a tip putting up with their service!

I really don't know where to start with this place. It seems like the entire place has a "I don't care attitude" The hotel is so run down and dirty, the furniture is falling apart the decorating is awful, paint over everything from door frames to plug sockets to plaster missing between walls and ceiling. The furniture is battered that's the only way I can describe it. All the window seals have blown so there's condensation between the panes. There were cobwebs everywhere, a lot wouldn't show up on camera but I tried to photograph them. The bathroom above us must have had a leak and come through the ceiling but they didn't bother to repair or redecorate, honestly the place is a shambles. The staff couldn't care less, they really couldn't be bothered, they messed up our booking so we lost out on the Spa treatment and they didn't apologise. The food both evening and breakfast was terrible, in fact we couldn't eat the breakfast because the evening meal had made us ill. T We were there for oktoberfest which cost me £200 for the 2 of us, only to talk to someone at the bar that told me he and 9 of his mates only paid a tenner each because his sister worked there and they couldn't fill the place. On check out we walked back to our room where our neighbours were arguing with the cleaning staff because at 10:15 the staff had gone in their room taken their belongings out and moved them downstairs even though they hadn't packed and checkout was at 11, they were tamping. On checkout ourselves nobody asked if we enjoyed our stay. This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, I cannot emphasise enough how bad it is. I highly do not recommend and avoid at all cost.
