Absolutely fantastic!!! Second time there and still loved it. You have to see the, "Secret special effects" demo... Very cool. It is a lot of walking, would be nice to have a few random seats along the way for those with walking issues to be able rest a bit. The tour guides were fun & very knowledgeable. We were there for 5 hours - so be prepared. It is definitely worth going - highly recommend it... Would be even better if they put masks of the actors faces on the prop figures. Oh and you seriously have to have the Butter beer ... Yummy😁

I visited the Warner Bros. Studio Tour just after Christmas. Overall, it was a great experience getting to see the authentic props, costumes, and sets up close. The craftsmanship behind the stages is incredible, and seeing the "Hogwarts in the Snow" features added a lovely seasonal touch. Despite being the holiday season, I found the crowd levels to be moderate and quite manageable. The Highlights: Authenticity: The level of detail is mind-blowing. If you have a passion for the films and love identifying specific items from your favorite scenes, you will be in heaven. The Butterbeer: This is a must-try. It’s a unique flavor, and getting the souvenir glass to take home makes it feel like a worthwhile purchase. Room for Improvement: Interactivity: The tour feels very much like a museum. I believe adding more interactive activities or live stage shows would really help bring the magic to life and add more "fun" to the long walk. Pricing: While the souvenir glass is a nice touch, I felt the rest of the food menu should be more reasonably priced for what is offered. Final Verdict: The hype for this place is massive. If you are a dedicated fan who wants to soak in every detail, it’s a 10/10. However, if you aren't a "super-fan," you might find the experience a bit repetitive after a while. Go for the artistry, and definitely don't skip the Butterbeer!

We booked tickets 1 year in advance for the special Christmas tour. When we arrived we had to wait for a bit to get in and go through security. When you go in you have an option to get an online your for around £5 which I recommend to get. You enter the tour through a walkway and get to see some sets and props used. You get in a room with around 100 over people where the tour properly starts and get an explanation of it. The whole tour took us 5 hours however we saw everything and did all the activities and the estimated time is 3hrs. Overall I think it is very worth it for the price and all the behind the scenes parts and to see how the Magic has been made.

We had a fantastic trip here this week, it's a must do for HP fans. Its amazing seeing all the costumes and sets and models. Staff are friendly and very enthusiastic and each tour is well run. It didn't feel overly busy either, despite there being plenty of people about. We tried the butterbeer which is nice but incredibly sweet, your kids will love it! I think the most impressive section was Gringotts bank, which is just like in the movies and seemed to be in its entirety. Fab afternoon, I loved it !

We booked Hogwarts in the Snow. Myself, partner and son. We’re huge Harry Potter fans, and the sets and detail were amazing, we just didn't get to explore in as much depth as we would like. It was much busier than expected. After the intro and short film, everyone was released into the tour at once, which felt overwhelming as it was a large group spat out directly into a "scene". So either you and 100 other people try and look, or just move on. This seemed to be a common trend. It did spread out later, and hanging back helped a little, but still interactive areas had large groups. Some areas like Privet Drive and the greenhouses had long queues and were outside. With the cold and how packed they were, we chose to skip them, which was disappointing. Other visitors were quite pushy at times, which isn’t the studio’s fault but did dampen the experience. Staff were hit and miss. Some brilliant, others less helpful. Food was decent. Kids’ hot dog meal (just under £8) was good value. Chips on their own (£5) felt expensive. Butterbeer (£8) was very love-it-or-hate-it. Gift shop prices varied. Sweets were reasonable, others more of a save-up purchase. By the end we were all a bit overwhelmed. That said, we’d go again. Now we know the layout and what to prioritise, I think we’d enjoy it much more next time.
