Zindiya Streatery and Bar is an Indian restaurant in Birmingham, created by husband and wife team, Ajay & Shivani Kenth, who have planned this venture since their teenage years.
Their concept was to create an immersive experience of India – drinking chai or Limca, eating chaat and gol gappe – in a casual and fun environment.
Bringing the experience of the street markets of Indian cities such as Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, their exotic and bustling aura is unique and wanted to bring a sense of that culture to Moseley and the Birmingham curry houses.
