OUT OF CARDIFF (29.4mi) The ultimate destination for thrill-seekers looking for an unforgettable day of fun. Brave the Tower Coaster, which combines the speed of a zipline with the twists and turns of a rollercoaster, with tunnels, banked corners, dips and peaks.

The newest attraction outside of Cardiff is Tower Climber, an adventure activity course set high above the ground. The biggest of its kind in the UK with 3 storeys, a viewing deck and 55 different elements and obstacles for you to tackle. The main attraction is the world’s fastest seated zip line, that will send you flying through the air at breakneck speeds, taking in breathtaking views of the Welsh countryside as you go.

There’s also a mini zip line for kids or adults who are not quite ready to take on the adrenaline rush of Phoenix.

Good place to have some fun, nice variety of activities to do too. The staff are really friendly and knew their stuff. They have started charging for the car park, unless you book 2 activities it will cost you £3 for your stay which you need to pay for on a parking app, there are no machines I saw to pay at. The toilets need some attention, the seats weren’t on properly and only one soap dispenser out of 4 had any soap in it. It wasn’t very clean in there either.

Not cheap but great fun for adrenaline junkies and families alike. We started on the coaster, which was everything you would expect - faster and twistier than alpine luges but you have no control over - like a roller coaster I guess!!! Also you get 3 goes on the coaster for the price which makes it more reasonable. We then did the Phoenix zip, which is actually 2 zips! They kit you up and drive you to the top of a very big drop as part of a wind farm area. The staff are very professional and they reassure you before letting you go off into the void. No spoilers about the zips other than you need to climb 70 steps to get up the second tower. Oh and they were epic!! Staff were all great, cafe was overpriced but reasonable. All in all a great (but pricey) afternoon out

Fantastic experience even if the weather is not. Greatly organized for big groups as ours (28people). Professional and positive stuff. Plenty of safety checks and double checks to ensure that everyone arrives safe back to the base stage. The ride itself gives a bit of fear shortly gates open but is worth just say "let's do it" and do it.

Nice ,funny and friendly staff. Explaining very good. 2 times zip line suit checking and signing on hand band for safety . Mini bus to drop us at top of the hill after you suit up.nice view from top of the mountain. Friendly staff with nice jokes and they explain everything about you zip line safety and procedures. Open your eyes on your journey to see stunning views . phones,cameras or go pro are not allowed to record videos or pictures when you doing the activity. They provide camera to your helmet and you can buy your activity video with 11pounds if you want. Toilets available. Bar and food available.

Booked in for two zip lines! Exhilarating experience, well organised and friendly, helpful staff. Great fun adventure that now makes me want to visit their other sited in North Wales! :)
