Albert’s Schloss Birmingham celebrates the beloved Prince Albert’s values every day and all night long. They’ve built a retreat from the modern world where they invite you to discover Birmingham’s music & live entertainment, celebrating one another, and revel in the wünder of their Schloss. Eat out in Birmingham‘s Cook Haus restaurant, where they have taken inspiration from trips to the alpine regions of Switzerland, Germany, France and Austria to bring the best of rustic mountain feasting back to Birmingham.

The Cook Haus menu serves up indulgent alpine dishes all day long including traditional European dishes such as Tyrolean schnitzel, Spatzle and Fondue with a modern Schloss Twist. Schloss Klassics also include crispy bier-battered Fish & Chips, Humble Pie and Paprikash Chicken, and many, many more indulgent delights. Enjoy all of this alongside roaring fires, raucous performances, tankards of Europe’s finest bier, and endless naughtiness.

FOOD RESERVATIONS

You can book online for parties up to 8 guests to dine in the Birmingham Cook Haus restaurant. For anything larger (9+ guests) please email anytime or call between 9am-7pm Monday – Sunday.

A credit card is required to secure your booking but will not be charged. In the event of a no-show, we will charge a £10pp fee. We will never ask you to confirm your card details over the phone. We ask you provide us with 6 hours notice if you cannot make it to your booking.

If you are booking to dine for the Sunday Service, please note they only serve our Sunday menu on this date and if you are booking for Breakfast, it’s served from 9am – midday, every Saturday + Sunday.

DRINK RESERVATIONS

If you want to book for groups of 4+ guests, then please enquire before your visit. Please note they do not take drinks reservations for parties of 1-4 guests; please come down and see them in das bar area.

Please note that entry is not guaranteed for additional guests exceeding your confirmed group size so please check with the bookings team in advance/prior to arrival should you wish to increase your group size to avoid disappointment.

Visit Albert’s Schloss Birmingham to see the weird, the wild and the wünderment of live entertainment & performances, music and cabaret happening all through the week.

From special DJs that play their personal record collections, to live bands from locally and nationally sources artists. Wednesday’s will bring pianists and Thursday Kunst Kaberet, which will take you to the dark corners of the performance underworld.

Home to the cabaret resurgence and an almighty art revolution, Kunst Kabaret boasts an elite and diverse roster of high-brow performers, obscure and alluring; each show curated like no other.

Kick off the weekend in Birmingham with music from the haus bands and interactive artistes, thank frölich it’s Friday! Saturday brings back the Haus bands to reimagine your favourite tunes, with the very best DJ’s and promenaders pulled together for a spektakular show.

Then the Haus band’s rotational DJs, Cook Haus roasts, grooves, gravy & good times on the Sunday. For the Sunday Service enjoy two courses for £24 or three for £29, with plenty of tasty sides on offer.
