We had a family wedding here last week, the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. Could not fault them one bit. The indoor marquee the grounds, staff the organisation, decor everything was pure perfection. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. All our guests were giving compliments for the venue and just the whole set up. Thank you and keep up the great work. Don’t hesitate…just book. You won’t regret it.

We chose Castle Bromwich Hall to be our magical wedding venue and it went beyond our expectations. The historic hall is fabulous and if like us, you love National Trust type mansions then you'll love the grandeur, history and architecture which is very well preserved. There are plenty of places inside and outside for fantastic wedding photos and the gardens are quite extensive. The team at Castle Bromwich Hall are very friendly and accommodating and we and our guests were very well looked after. Our wedding coordinator, Marius, was absolutely fantastic. He has many years of experience under his belt and you could certainly tell he is a master of his trade. Throughout the day I caught gimpses of him quietly, calmly and confidently conducting the day with efficiency and ease and it meant that the day flowed perfectly and we kept on time. He gave excellent ideas during our wedding meetings and was very thorough. The food was also excellent. We had a menu tasting evening and I think the food on the wedding day was even better! All of our guests have remarked on how great the food was, how lovely the hotel was, how lovely their rooms were and how great the staff were. It's also great to see them investing money into the hotel. The recently opened rooms in the Coach House are fabulous - I stayed there the night before. The recently refurbished Malt House was splendid and fit all of our needs. The bridal suite was huge, very grand and the ghosts weren't much bother either 👻. We look forward to many meals, afternoon teas, and stop overs in the future!

Recently attended a wedding here, and it was absolutely beautiful! The hotel has such a charming vintage feel, and the garden area really adds to the atmosphere. The marquee setup was stunning and felt very grand inside. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every request.

I can see why recent reviews are low. Wonder if it’s new staff :( staff at check in didn’t care at all. Too busy on the phone. For a signature collection - they use the cheapest items in the world. Pillows were the thinnest things I’ve ever seen. Bed quality poor. The room was drab but ok. TV on the wall in a ridiculous location that won’t move. So you have to get out of bed, and stand up to change the channel… Breakfast wasn’t mentioned once at check in despite supposedly having it included. Came down to the bar and the staff were just as jolly there….. overall it looks good from the outside - but drab, poor upkeep and don’t care about providing quality.

I was extremely disappointed with the afternoon tea experience at Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel. To start, the coffee was poor. I ordered a flat white, but what arrived was essentially warm milk with very little coffee flavour. The afternoon tea itself was the worst I’ve experienced. I requested a halal option, which consisted of hummus on bread, a chicken mayo sandwich, and something attempting to imitate a ploughman’s sandwich. Unfortunately, none of it was enjoyable. The bread was stale and had an odd, cupboard-like taste, suggesting it had been defrosted. The chicken mayo had a strange, slimy texture, and the so-called ploughman’s cheese was hard and flavourless — it didn’t even taste like cheese. The desserts were equally disappointing. All four appeared to use the same thin, stale cake base. One dessert contained mousse that clearly tasted defrosted, another used artificial-tasting cream, also defrosted, and the meringue had an unpleasant scrambled-egg flavour. The only item that was genuinely edible was the scones. The hotel itself is aesthetically beautiful, with lovely décor and gardens — but that is where the positives end. Do not be fooled by appearances. The food quality does not match the setting, and the experience was a complete waste of money.
