I had a lovely 1 night stay there for a concert at symphony hall love the bridge through. Safe for me as a solo traveller. I got the tram twice easy to get to. It’s a beautiful hotel great staff bit of a wait for food at the bar but it was very busy after the show. I had chicken wings and chips and a glass of wine. I did use the pool it’s deep. I never had breakfast. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and plenty of milk. Bed comfy I slept really well. Definitely go back here.

Loved staying here. You all made it so welcoming. Back in Toronto now, but a big shout out to the Bartender Noz, your sour cocktail was amazing , Jinnel and Gabby, your hospitality and recommendations were great! And Craig, valet, you were amazing too!also, thankyou housekeeping for replacing the bad iron and offering wine.and thank you to manager Vivek for touching base. Best front and back of house communication and service! miss my home city so much! Hope to be back soon! Thank you all for doing what you do and making my time back so special. All the best!

I stayed overnight on business. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well presented and in good condition. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The parking was limited but there is alternative parking close by if there are no spaces within the hotel. Overall I would recommend the accommodation

I’ve stayed at the Hyatt in Birmingham several times, usually when attending conferences, and it’s always been a great experience. The location is perfect – just a short walk from the ICC and the city centre – which makes it really convenient for both work and leisure. What makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Whether it’s the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, the service is always excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great views of the city. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to relax after a busy day. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham, especially if you’re going to an event or conference nearby. It’s a reliable and welcoming place to stay.

Extremely rude staff at reception! They clearly lack any understanding of hospitality. The way they treat guests is absolutely unacceptable and appalling. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I would never recommend anyone to stay here—definitely not worth a single penny!
