Great place to stay! Clean, modern spacious rooms, next door to the train station, which made me worried it might be noisy at night but have been proved worring for nothing. Had a good rest at night. Close to city centre. Lovely breakfast! Best ever scrambled eggs and brie cheese.

I recently stayed at this hotel with friends.The booking agency had messed things up a bit but the hotel staff couldn’t have been kinder. I must single out two in particular. Ruth, one of the managers, was magnificent. She listened to us, sorted out the mistakes made in the reservation by the agency, gave us coffee and made our day. The other is a young man in reception, Davidson, who was so polite and helpful. This hotel is a great place to stay and I’ll be back.

Really nice room, very spacious, clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Located very close to New Street station and the Bullring, as well as Chinatown. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel which is in a really good location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a little small but very clean and modern. There’s not much room to hang your clothes either. Breakfast was the usual buffet style and was really nice.

Stayed here in June very uncomfortable night two singles beds together and sheets were bitty and itchy i woke up next morning back was sore looked in the bathroom mirror and had what I thought was a rash, partner said it was a cluster of bites on my back went to the nearest medical facility and was told I’d been bitten by bed bugs! How absolutly disgusting literally cannot believe it I’ve emailed hotel and I obviously wasn’t worthy of a reply to something as alarming as a bed bug report!! Never ever again
