I had such a lovely experience here. The roast dinner was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a Sunday meal. A special mention to Wiktor who was amazing from start to finish very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. He really added to the whole experience. Definitely one of the best roast dinners I’ve had in Birmingham I’ll be coming back soon.

Tushar provided us with really great service. We came for bottomless brunch on a saturday, whilst it was quite busy, but he was very proactive in ensuring we had drinks at all times. There was a minor issue with one meal, but all staff were very apologetic and quick to change the food, without argument. Food was quickly replaced and multiple staff apologised and checked if anything else could be done to accommodate us. Drinks were provided quickly and efficiently when ordered and Tushar ensured that we could make the most of our time at bottomless brunch. I could not fault him.

I stayed at Saint Pauls House for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is really nice, along a charming square and it has comfortable rooms. The breakfast menu is excellent (loved the granola!). The staff is very friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. Some nights, there is noise from outside, from the bar downstairs or people at the square, but generally not too late and no worse than you would expect at a city square like this. If you are a light sleeper or sleep with the window open, bring earplugs and it is fine. Otherwise very llittle noise from inside the hotel and other rooms, even though it is an old building and there is a restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay here again on a next visit.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at St Paul's House – Thank You, Victor & The Piano Man!** We had the most wonderful time at St Paul's House last Saturday! A huge thank you to **Victor**, who was so kind and made our visit extra special by giving my young daughter free fruit – such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly brightened her day. And let’s not forget the **incredible piano man** who played between **2pm and 4pm** – he was absolutely amazing! The music created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, and my little one was completely mesmerized. St Paul's House is clearly a place that cares about its guests, offering not just great food and service but also those little touches of warmth that make all the difference. We’ll definitely be back! **Highly recommend** – thank you again, Victor and the team! 👏🎶🍏

If it wasn’t for Tushar this place would be getting a one star review - i have increased it to two because of him and his patience, understanding and hospitality. Food took nearly an hour to come out and even then the steak was certainly not well done like i asked for. Could only manage to order two drinks each for me and my husband as they took so long to be made even though 3 members of staff were just standing at the bar gossiping. What really tipped the whole evening over the edge is the way the manager spoke down and berated her employee in front of guests it was awful and quite frankly embarrassing! If i were that young waitress i would have walked there and then there is no need. Unfortunately wont return and neither recommend.
