Had a gorgeous stay last in Easy Hotel last night. Bed was super comfy. Room was spotless! Despite being in the centre it was very quiet which I loved! Was greeted by Anjali at reception and was able to leave my bag in early as check in was much later. When I checked in Kim greeted me and was very informative about things to do around the city a was very accommodating. Finally when I checking out Rachel at reception was super friendly!

Everything about my stay was wonderful. What stood out most were the kind and helpful staff, the cleanliness, and the excellent location. Violeta kindly assisted me with a request regarding check-out. Also, I wasn’t sure how to use the shower at first, but when I asked another staff member (unfortunately I forgot her name), she immediately came to my room and explained everything. All of the staff are undoubtedly very kind and helpful. The room amenities are simple, but everything is kept very clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access everywhere. It was also great to have a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and simple stay.

Stayed overnight for a festive shopping trip / meal out with friends. The rooms were basic but very clean. Not much space to put things but fine for a night or maybe two living out of your bag. Ideally located for city centre for trains, shopping and eating out. Value for money. Will definitely use again. Check in and out staff were friendly and helpful.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at the easyHotel. Rachel was so helpful with all of our requests throughout the week. Additionally, its location next to Birmingham New Street Station makes commuting a breeze. For the two of us, our room was comfortable and enjoyable, but don’t expect extra space.

Dont listen to all the bot reviews it was an awful stay from hell first we paid extra for a window as we like a breeze at night they gave us a room that had a locked glass pane so you coukdunt get to the window so it got really hot next they said they had "air con" it onky blew warm air went down for a fan and got told no while i was asking that another customer had walked out the front door and when they tried to make him stay he said it was too warm and he was going somewhere else the room was bascially a prison cell with a bathroom with no privacy at all you could see everything happening behind the glass window with just a hole you could see through the bed advertised as a double was only a smidge bigger than a single and for some reason very short so your feet hanged off the end of the bed and touched the wall the recoptionist was never at the desk so anybody could walk in as doors were not locked at any time another note to add is there was no bin only a tiny bathroom one so we had to leave all our rubbish in a corner and unlike most hotel didnt have a cup and a kettle in the room instead you had to go to the lobby where they was no cups and pay for a drink so you couldunt drink from the tap in your room the room was outdated walls were yellow tv was holding on for dear life ive stayed at a lot of hotel and can confidentaly say this was my worst ever experience
