I had a great time at easyHotel. Although the room was small, it had what I needed: good shower, comfy bed and quietness despite being in the city center. Location was great and the staff very friendly. The receptionist Rachel was great and she helped me keeping my luggage with no extra cost during the morning after I checked out. I would recommend staying in this hotel if you are coming to Birmingham for a short stay. Also great for solo travelers.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Anjali at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a warm smile and made check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, Anjali was incredibly helpful, always courteous, and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was offering local recommendations or assisting with last-minute requests, she handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. Her hospitality truly made me feel at home. This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again, I had a great experience. The rooms are compact but have everything you need for a comfortable stay – a decent bed and a clean, functional bathroom. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The location is also ideal – just a short walk from New Street Station and close to restaurants, shops, and all the main city centre attractions. Overall, a reliable and pleasant place to stay in Birmingham. I’ll happily return again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect — the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the facilities exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Kim, who made my stay truly memorable. Kim was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. His warmth and professionalism really stood out and added a personal touch that made all the difference. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely kind and passionate about their work. Thank you again to the entire team, and especially to Kim — I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!

Upon our arrival, Rachel immediately requested that we leave a review, which we found highly questionable. The accommodation is, in principle, well situated – everything is within walking distance. However, the reality bore little resemblance to the pictures presented online. The space was significantly smaller, with no room to store luggage, and, moreover, the accommodation was unclean. We would, under no circumstances, recommend it.
