I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had a great experience. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. There was free drinking water available and a coffee machine, which was a great touch. The staff were always extremely helpful and kind, they even stored our luggage for us both on the day of check-in and on the day of check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Lovely stay. the room was tidy and clean, though on the small side. The location is superb, with tons of food spots nearby, comfortable walk and transport to city, and the service is top - with special thanks to Fatima for her help and kindness. Definitely would stay here again in London.

Rooms are small, but great size as a solo traveler. I really loved tha bathroom counter space, but wish the room came with hangers since it's already a bit tight instead of having to live out of my suitcase. We loved the location as it's so close to the tube and easily walkable to other areas of the city. Had a terrible encounter while checking in. The lady working the front desk yelled at me in front of other guests for asking why I couldn't check in early (which I could have, she just never gave me the option to and verbatim told me it was "crazy" to want to pay). I repeatedly asked her to lower her voice when talking to me but instead continued to yell because I told her she was being disrespectful towards me. For that encounter alone, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because I felt so uncomfortable thereafter.

The room is definitely smaller than it looks in the photos. Coming from North America, I didn’t realize how limited the space would be once you open your bag, it pretty much takes up half the room. That being said, the staff were super friendly and always helpful. Every interaction came with a smile, and they really do their best to make your stay enjoyable despite the space limitations. The location is good with plenty of bars and food places nearby.

The hotel is an absolute fire hazard, with a labyrinth-like layout where exit routes are nearly impossible to find. There are no windows anywhere, and the air is stale, artificially tempered, and smells strongly of mold. I checked in and was sent to a room so small that only a queen-size bed could fit, with no windows and a completely claustrophobic feel. For this, they charge around £200 per night, which is outrageous. I immediately asked if I could change rooms—willing to pay extra for one with a window—but was told it wasn’t possible. I then requested a refund for at least one of the two nights I had booked, but that was flatly denied. I had no choice but to find another place to stay. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, saying, “this is how we operate,” leaving me with no recourse. If you value your safety, comfort, or even just basic courtesy, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel altogether. Spend your money elsewhere.
