I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had a great experience. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. There was free drinking water available and a coffee machine, which was a great touch. The staff were always extremely helpful and kind, they even stored our luggage for us both on the day of check-in and on the day of check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

We had a lovely stay, the room was cosy and the location was perfect for checking out the local cuisines, bakeries, cafes and more. Fatima was very friendly and hospitable, we had a really nice time. Cheap and cheerful, would recommend!

Great if you don't expect Hilton treatment for the price of a hostel bed. I like the concept similar to Ryanair, you only pay for the essentials. Early checkin 15 pounds, leave a bag - 5 pounds, room cleaning - 10 pounds. The room with no windows is also a plus - there's proper ventilation and air conditioning so the sleeping experience is great. The trash bin in the bathroom has no plastic bag apparently for sustainability reasons, so I'm sorry for the cleaning personnel who have to dig through hygiene items with their hands. And it was disgusting to wonder what are the stains on the inside of the bin. Hopefully health inspections make sure that there's no germs or bacteria growing in the bins due to the lack of plastic bags.

the room is small but in a cozy type of way. its very affordable and was amazing for me since im not from the city. the staff is kind and welcoming. you dont get this type of treatment at most budget hotels. 5 stars.
