Ideal, simple, very clean and very quiet accommodation. Stayed here same week last year. Easily accessible to every tourist attraction i needed to see. Small basic compact rooms but all you need is somewhere clean quiet and secure when you are out sightseeing all day. Good comfy bed and great shower too. ....will be back AGAIN!!

We had room on the ground floor, that didn’t have windows and it was really small for two adults. Saying that it was great location and what we needed. Easy to find, easy check in and check out. All the staff were friendly. Oh also in the heat wave the airborne was a saving grace! And dog friendly!!

Amazing staff, really friendly and helpful. Great location. The room was very small; for one person with only a small suitcase it was manageable - for two people or with more luggage it'd be really cramped. Comfy bed. Good shower. Great air con. Was a bit annoying I couldn't cast content from my phone to the TV. Would have liked a kettle and opportunity to make drinks in room but there wouldn't have been space anyway. The staff were really lovely though!

Sylvia was a great hotel manager and she was very accommodating of our needs. The rooms however are very small, beds and and pillows very firm. It is in a great location, clean and the service was great but just be aware of the small rooms and uncomfortable beds. In the end it's a decent hotel for what you pay.

Stayed with a friend for 1 night. The room was extremely small and had no windows. There was air conditioning but the air still felt really stuffy. We booked as two people but only got one towel and one blanket (the blanket was big enough however). The bathroom bin had no garbage bag. The bathroom door was matted glass and you could hear everything. For London okay price and location. Only other positive was free drinking water in the lobby. Other than that I cannot recommend this hotel and would never stay there again.
