Great hotel, dog friendly is always a bonus. Room dressed up daily and stock replenished. Friendly staff always with a smile on their face, makes for a pleasant stay. Shame about the closest parking garage it’s very tight to get in and out, spaces too.

I stay here a few times a year for work and the staff are always extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are a decent size and have a good desk for working. The beds are comfortable although there was some low-level noise from other rooms. The location is good, with restaurants all around and a Sainsbury's Local around the corner. Being close to a main nightlife area, the location is busy through to the late evening and is well lit. Breakfast is fine and there is a chef station for cooked-to-order eggs. It's a 20-min walk to New Street Station with some sharp but short upward inclines on the way to the hotel. Alternatively there is a metro/tram stop nearby on Broad Street with a direct frequent service to the station.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham in July 2012- great experience! The room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly /The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Convenient location for exploring Birmingham.

We stayed with you over the weekend of 5–6 December for two nights. Unfortunately, on both evenings the music from the party at the bar downstairs was extremely loud. While we accepted the disturbance on the first night, experiencing the same issue again on the second night was unacceptable. When we mentioned this to the front desk upon checkout, we were told that we should have been informed about the event when we arrived, which was not the case. In addition, my wife is gluten-intolerant, and there were no items clearly marked as gluten-free at breakfast, nor were there any gluten-free cereal options available. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast on the second morning, despite having paid for it. We wanted to bring these issues to your attention, as they impacted our stay significantly.

Good location, bad rooms. We had a king room which was very small, and a shower that kept turning cold in intervals. The breakfast was average, not a great selection and with many empty dishes not being replenished. On the plus side, the reception staff were really nice. Chris at reception was super and resolved any issues straight away.
