Lovely stay at the Leonardo Royal. I was really happy with the level of service, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. No problems with getting breakfast in the morning. Only a couple of things to note, on busy days the lifts are painfully slow even though there are three of them, it could do with more as there are 16 floors - or better to stay on a lower floor to take stairs. Also the location is a little bit aways from the train station. However there are local bus routes, or could use an uber as i did and it doesn’t cost too much. All in all, still a fantastic stay- i would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and well prepared so no problems with the housekeeping, but it's starting to look a bit dated so needs a refresh. I had a room with a door that can be opened into the next one and could hear a constant video call happening in the next room. Overall, it was nice and I would go again but might be lower on the value scale than others nearby

Great location, great place to stay and has a good vibe - the quality of the breakfast could do with some improvements. Staff are friendly and helpful. Staffing the breakfast morning would help.it appeared that the the mornings were understaffed both those serving and prepping as well as those providing waiter services. I would still visit the hotel again as my overall experience is as great

Great location. Rooms nice been upgraded. However, got charged £45 for ???. They need to improve their communications. If you are going to charge a customer for something (whether correct or not) you should email them to advise. You should have enough staff to answer the phone. Make the website clearer - breakfast is not food!! No 15% off.

Lovely room and location. Friendly staff on check in and room service pizza was stunning. The biggest let down was the soundproofing. When the music from outside finally stopped the room next door to me decided to put the tele on which sounded as though it was in our room. Could also hear everything else that went on in there 🤮 will not be back.
