Had am excellent time here this weekend. Our room was superb spotless and the good lady loved the bathroom size. Select of coffee pods teas and other coffee in the room. The only issue was trying to get a coffee later at the bar, not just myself but many others asked and we're told no as they stop serving hot drinks after midnight. Overall absolutely fantastic staff and hotel. The Head guy sorting out the breakfast list went above and beyond to help us.

We had a lovely stay with a complimentary upgrade to an executive room which had robes, a very comfy bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The bar area was very pleasant (and if you are in an executive room you get a 10% discount which I didn't realise until the morning, DOH🤣). There's parking next to the hotel which costs £18.50 for the night which is good for a city centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel stay! The showers are incredible. Just a 5 minute walk from the Utilita Arena and a 10 minute walk from some great restaurants! Service was friendly and the beds very comfortable - would happily return! I noted a 4 on the room because it’s carpeted (I hate carpets although it’s the norm in the UK) and the amenities were quite hidden.

The room itself is lovely with white company toiletries.. Good coffee machine and tea / coffee selection. However , the room is not soundproofed and so can be very noisy from hallway traffic and neighbours. Luckily I brought ear plugs so that helped. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous with a great selection including a freshly made omelette cooked to order. Very central location.

So only 2 stars Room was nice comfortable with coffee tea water and even a biscuit. Breakfast was £15 and was ok Check-in was one of the worst service I’ve ever had I realise the official check-in is at 3pm but after a flight from Spain and train from London I arrived at 2.15pm. The desk ladies are brain washed into saying ‘come back at 3 as the rooms aren’t ready’ WHY CAN’T THEY CHECK ON THE SYSTEM FIRST ??OR BOTHER TO ASK THE CLEANING TEAM Which they didn’t .. Just come back later. There was no one cleaning the rooms on my floor when I got there . Other hotel chains will check you in if rooms are available, they will check first !!! It’s easy and helpful and good service. I spoke to the lady who was cleaning the rooms on the floor when I left and she stated the majority of rooms are cleaned and ready by midday !!! Your front desk service has let you down and I will never stay in this hotel again I’ve booked Leonardo hotels in other cities and due to your rubbish policy I’ve cancelled them
