First time staying at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough. It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was impeccably clean. It was a fantastic stay and I look forward to returning in the future

My stay was great. Big and cozy room. The staff are nice and welcoming. I used the gym as well. Enjoy the good breakfast. Only thing bad in my room was the TV. No sports channels, no movies and only a few news channels. Walking to Grand Central wasn’t so bad. Next to the hotel there’s complex of restaurants and bars to enjoy the evening. Well recommended

The staff were absolutely outstanding. From the young lady who checked us in and allowed to swap from a king room (accidental booking) to a twin and on a lower floor to take account of my mother's mobility issues, to the gentleman supervising breakfast on Saturday morning who found us a table in the restaurant when it was packed they could not have been more helpful. It was such a refreshing change. The room was spacious and clean. The complementary tea, coffee and water is a nice touch. Beds were clean and comfortable and, unusually, the towels were super fluffy. All in all, a lovely experience and treat for my mum, and we would definitely stay here again if we were attending an event at the Arena.

Brilliant hotel, staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was great and well equipped. Location was great for what we needed, right in Broad Street. I also got at a great price. Would definitely return if I need to stay in Birmingham again.

Staff members at reception and breakfast the next morning did not come across as welcoming or friendly. Got the feeling some staff just didn’t want to be there! Room was lovely,had everything we needed. Nice and clean, housekeeping are doing a great job. Breakfast could do with more selection. Only fruit available was 2 oranges, all other shelves around them left empty and nobody was refilling it.
