We are staying here from 12-15 December 2025 (R Waddell). We are staying in one of the two double rooms (which would cater for 2 adults and 2 kids). The room is really well laid out and because of the shelves, draws, hooks etc it fits all of our luggage and clothing really well. Special mention needs to be made of the housekeeping here as they service the room beautifully every day! Outstanding Plenty of towels always and bedding is really comfortable. Reception and Lobby really nice and our check-in was seamless. Great L'Occitane products - pretty luxious. Glad we chose this hotel. Slightly out of the city centre but accessible easily.

They went the extra mile for us and it's a good location to hop around London from. The rooms are of high quality and modern design, staff are friendly and accommodating. I have stayed before, I'm glad I stayed this time and will definitely stay again. P.s. Parking is on side of the hotel (Right hand side if your looking at the hotel)

Compared to other marriot in london. This more of out of the way. You need to take the umderground subway, bakerloo line to get to soho or regent street about 30 minutes worth of travel time. But for the value it provided, I would repeat this hotel. The executive lounge was a makeshift restaurant. Buy the food was good. Both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended hotel.

I recently completed a 45-day stay at this property, and the experience was a mix of practical comfort and operational inconsistencies. When staying for a month and a half, the small details become much more significant than they would during a weekend trip. Room and Comfort The room size was a definite highlight; there was ample space to unpack and settle in without feeling cramped. While the windows offered no outstanding views, the cleanliness was consistently maintained at a high standard throughout my stay. The hotel itself remains quite peaceful, providing a quiet sanctuary from the city. However, be aware that the street outside can become busy and noisy at times, which might bother light sleepers. Service and Amenities This is where the experience faltered. While the on-site restaurant is convenient, the room service was merely average. I frequently found myself having to follow up or check in on my requests to ensure they were being fulfilled. More concerningly, the hotel services need serious attention, as they unfortunately lost a parcel of mine during my stay—a significant stressor for a long-term guest. Location and Value The location is practical, situated directly opposite an off-license shop that stays open late, which is handy for evening essentials. In terms of value for money, the stay felt fair given the discounted rate negotiated for an extended duration. It is a solid, functional choice, provided you are prepared to be proactive with the front desk.

Avoid :( this hotel it sucks can't believe Marrrot lends it's name to this establishment. Cons: The pool and sauna facilities are not on site they are in a run down leisure center about a 3 minute walk from the hotel. The smallest sauna, steam room and pool I've ever used. The changing rooms and building is visibly dirty and the building is old and run down. The room was cold and despite paying over £150 pounds for a single night they lock the thermostat at 25C. Took multiple calls to the front desk and finally going down in person to have this addressed. The room itself is run down marks on walls and peeling wall paper. No slippers, dressing gowns, toothpaste ECT The location is grim with the window view onto a housing estate area apparently has an 8/10 regional crime rating and it 100% has that vibe. Most staff seemed shocked that we expected our room to be warm and were a combination of uninterested and confused by the most simple requests. I've had much better service at hostels or 2 star hotels. Pros: One young male staff member I think maybe an room engineer was very helpful fixed the heating and checked in on us. The shower is excellent. Very good breakfast.
