This is a beautiful hotel with nice amenities and a very engaged and friendly staff. The breakfast was outstanding and had an entire array of food. The sleeping room was well appointed, what really stood out was a great shower. Yes location is in a wonderful neighborhood and very close to Abbey Rd., Studios and the zebra Crossing. I would recommend this hotel with the only reservation. is that it is not in the central business district. We loved our visit.

What is there not to like about this wonderful hotel. I was visiting friends here and I came to pick them for a tour of London. The staff are exceptionally polite and the reception itself beautifully and tastefully decorated. The room had two double beds and a small table with chairs, a desk area and a very big bathroom with bath and shower. The room service was fast and efficient. My friends who were visiting all the way ftom Brazil were so happy and insisted I write a review on their behalf as their English is limited. The location is in a quiet, classy neighbourhood quite close to the town centre and getting a taxi not a problem at all. Five well deserved stars!

Great service in a great hotel! My friend had booked a room with two queen beds for three of us (she was running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon). Comfy beds, nice sized bathroom and a small frig for our cold goodies! Breakfast buffet was delicious and filling. Staff was very attentive both in the restaurant and at the front desk. Great location - a few minutes walk to Kilburn Park tube and even less time to walk to the bus stop for buses to Oxford St or Buckinghsm Palace. It was great to stay in a neighbourhood instead of a touristy feeling area.

We took a family room with 2 double beds. The room is spacious and comfortable, very comfortable beds, only missing a closet to put clothes but we managed inside the suitcases. Every day they clean and change towels, and you get bottles of water every day which is great. There is a safe, a refrigerator and we didn't lack anything. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful with any questions. In short, a perfect hotel if you ignore its location which is quite remote but not really bothersome because the transport in London is great and you use it anyway, so 20 minutes and you are in the center of things. Highly recommend the hotel and the staff.

The receptionist didn‘t show us our room, didn‘t tell us when and where the breakfast is. I‘m in a wheelchair and none of the receptionists offered help. We came as a group of four people. Wanted us to pay deposit worth 200 pounds if we ever ate or drank something other than breakfast ( eg. in the room, drinking water that was provided). That was not nice, I’d recommend the hotel to take money when checking out instead of checking in, that would be better especially for tourists who don’t have money on their bank account since some of them might think they have to pay in cash. And on the website of the hotel, the deposit wasn’t even declared. So that came as a shock to us. If we had known about it before, we would’ve at least been prepared mentally to pay 200 pounds of deposit, that’s 242€, not very cheap. And we booked an accessible room, but it wasn‘t really accessible in my case. When I needed to take a shower, I couldn‘t even move into the bathroom since it had a big step, and I can’t walk. And we had written them before that we need an accessible bathroom, they didn’t reply. The breakfast was always the same, it would’ve been nice if they at least cooked/prepared something different on the weekend. Wouldn’t recommend.
