I stayed in this hôtel with my husband to visit the christmas market and I was impressed from the time I walked in until we checked out; the nice scent of apple and cinamon and the hôtel christmas décoration just beautiful. Adam checked me in and he was so professional and friendly. Our room was spacious and the bed confortable. In the morning we had breakfast and was delicious 💛. At checkout we meet Ana and she was great,kept our luggage and gave us directions to the canals. We will be back. Thank you

Visited for the Christmas Market on Friday 7th November. The hotel was lovely and clean and the Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful as were the Cleaning Ladies. We had a double room (335) which was lovely, cosy, clean and the bed was lovely and comfy too. My only gripe was that you were not able to open a window. The room had all the amenities, iron board, Iron, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a nice tv. There is a lift available for thoses with old tired legs like us. Also, a really nice touch by this hotel is that they let you leave your luggage in reception while we went shopping on the Saturday. The location of this hotel was superb, the Christmas market was less than a minuter away and the Bullring Centre a 5 minute walk. A wonderful comfortable stay at a wonderful welcoming hotel. We didnt have a chance to eat in their restaurant but the food looked amazing. Highly recommend a stay at the Royal Burlington.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the excellent service — especially from the receptionist, Mini, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. She made check-in smooth, offered great local recommendations, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Overall, a great stay with fantastic hospitality — highly recommended!

I stayed here for one night for a work meeting - dinner was very nice and breakfast was outstanding (albeit the coffee was truly dreadful - definitely choose tea!). The room itself was very spacious but a bit tired and the secondary glazing was woefully inadequate when it came to blocking noise from the street outside. Overall it’s clearly seen better days but I’d stay again for the friendly staff, good food and convenient location.

Husband and I stayed for one night in 342 and even though room was pleasant, was a little tired in places. The bed was extremely soft which I did mention to two different members of staff and everywhere was cold! Otherwise, clean and staff friendly. The breakfast room was freezing and I wondered why the continental offering was away from the main restaurant when the room is ample enough to have it in there. It does have an excellent location but the hotel could be so much better.
