Absolutely amazing place to stay, very accommodating for all your needs. The menus cater for all dietary requirements and the spa was very nice, the gardens are very well kept and the grounds keeper Carl was very informative about the woods and gardens he keeps very well presented, and even took the time to take the pics I've posted on the review. Thank you all you a lovely stay, would highly recommend.

Visited for a spa day and had a lovely time, left feeling so relaxed. Set in beautiful grounds, the building is kept so lovely, all the staff we encountered was very helpful and friendly. With our package we got use of the leisure facility for five hours, our treatment (full body massage, which was amazing) along with hot drinks and pastries on arrival and afternoon tea to finish of the day.

I recently spent an afternoon at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, my party was warmly greeted at the bar by Leah, who provided excellent service and guided us seamlessly towards our afternoon tea. Once there, Claire and Jessica took care of us with the utmost professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring every detail was perfect. The level of service we received was outstanding, making our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend Moor Hall to anyone seeking a refined and relaxing experience. We look forward to returning soon.

I stayed here for the Spa and Dine package with a friend. It was our first time staying here and we had a lovely nights stay. The main part of the hotel is beautifully decorated but the corridors and rooms are quite outdated which slightly lets it down. We both had a full body massage by Joanna who was brilliant, 10/10! We wasn't able to get our spa treatments at the same time so this meant we weren't actually able to relax and use the spa facilities together, especially as access was from 3pm. I feel if you're a paying guest and have a spa package that you should be able to access it earlier to make the most of your stay. Food was very tasty and well presented at dinner and breakfast. Overall we had a lovely stay but please update the rooms :)

A planned stay for our anniversary , we booked the relax and dine package with a hot tub room which was pretty pricey. Included in the package we had Spa access with a treatment , evening meal and breakfast. On arrival the car park was very full and only just managed to squeeze into a space.At Reception we were told our room wouldn’t be ready for about another hour so we headed to the bar. The signage in the hotel is very confusing and felt like a maze. The bar area was shabby , the floor dirty with food that had been dropped and not cleaned up. My glass was dirty and had to be changed. The bar staff don’t appear to have had much hospitality training and one spoke as if she was talking to her friends. The hallways and corridors are very shabby and in need of some updating , a good clean is needed throughout the hotel. No robes left in our room so had to ask for these and it took ages to get these to us in the spa. No directions given to find the spa and no instruction on what to do when we found it. Receptionist in spa was disinterested and don’t tell us anything. Spa changing room not very clean and the pool area small , the sauna and steam room too small for number of guests, the whirlpool too small and not very warm. Treatments were nice and my therapist was really welcoming and respectful. The room was ok but certainly not superior feel , the corridor area is dirty and paintwork on doorframes in urgent need of attention , carpets are old and stained. Hot tub in room was very nice but the whole room was dusty and rushed clean , mirrors not cleaned. No dressing table by the mirror so difficult to dry hair standing up and stretching leads to reach. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable , the lovely massage seemed a waste after one night in the bed. Guests very noisy (1st floor ) early in morning banging doors at 6.30. The evening meal was nice but the oak room felt cramped and could over hear the next tables conversations , not really the experience we had hoped for On the whole a fairly disappointing stay for £500 I think I’d rather go to Moddershall Oaks just for the day and sacrifice the overnight stay for a much more quality experience for £400.
