I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Birmingham Centre. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city centre, with major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and transport links all within easy walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A great choice for both leisure and business stays highly recommended.

We came for our Christmas party and was hosted by Calum Boothe. He was super helpful to our table. Provided extra gravy for our dinner as requested and dealt with every other request. Very very helpful and very friendly - always got a smile on his face. And very good looking too 😉😊 thank you Calum keep up the good work!

This hotel has been here for years and has not been renovated since I was in it many may years ago. The rooms are spacious if very dated. The shower tiny over a tiny bath with a separate WC. Saying that the room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff are very polite and friendly and the hotel is very well located. Given the age of the hotel, it’s very clean and tidy. A good breakfast and a very nice quiet bar area. At my time of stay there are work being done in the hotel from 9am until 4pm, but they have been starting work earlier so be prepared for some noise.

On visiting Birmingham novotel, A nice underground carpark. Shame no lift to reception. Reception area looks really nice and lovely bar. Great check in. Even key cards look smart. Lovely lift to rooms. On 1st glimpse of the room looks welcoming. But... The separate toilet looked dingy. The shower was very poor. Bath not the best. The bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Lovely touches in the room. Big TV. Coffee machine. Fridge. But sorry slightly disappointed by the room and comfort. Never ate as there was a wetherspoons across the road for breakfast as we were never going to pay £18 each for breakfast in the hotel. Would I visit again? Possibly not due to comfort

A bit of a mixed bag. The room was a decent size, but the bathroom parts of it were tiny, and the bath was tiny. The decor of the rooms is very dated, and the bed linen not so comfortable. All members of staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and a level up in quality from other hotels at a similar kind of level. Location is great for being able to walk into the city centre, however it also appears to be right at the point where taxis turn around, and these seemed to spend much of the night hooting their horns at each other, which disturbed our sleep. On balance, I probably would not stay here again.
