Stayed here for a get away. Room was beautiful and spotless on arrival, complimentary drinks left for us in the fridge. The staff cannot do enough for you, so helpful and polite throughout the whole stay. Breakfast was delicious, options for everyone. Will definitely be returning, amazing price for the quality of the stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel Birmingham Centre. The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city centre, with major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and transport links all within easy walking distance. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A great choice for both leisure and business stays highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything we needed was easily available. A special mention to Ionut at the reception — he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His friendly attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a relaxing and safe stay!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant area was very nice. I also had dinner there once, and the burger was really good. The only aspect that I think could be improved is the room. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom, but the lighting was quite poor. There were only two lights in the room, both fairly generic, with no dedicated reading light or a lamp specifically for desk work. A couple more power sockets would also have been very helpful. I had to juggle chargers overnight to power my phone, watch, and work laptop for the following day. These are minor issues, but precisely because they are minor, I believe they can be easily improved and would make an already nice experience even better.

This hotel has been here for years and has not been renovated since I was in it many may years ago. The rooms are spacious if very dated. The shower tiny over a tiny bath with a separate WC. Saying that the room itself was spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff are very polite and friendly and the hotel is very well located. Given the age of the hotel, it’s very clean and tidy. A good breakfast and a very nice quiet bar area. At my time of stay there are work being done in the hotel from 9am until 4pm, but they have been starting work earlier so be prepared for some noise.
