I recently stayed at the Novotel Birmingham for a quick business meeting, and I had a great experience. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, with everything you need just a short walk away — coffee shops, restaurants, and key attractions are all nearby. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it. Overall, very good, excellent location, only a few minutes walk from all the attractions including the ICC and the Sealife Centre. Rooms are in need of a refresh, the decor is looking tired and quite worn in places, but very clean and well equipped. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a very long time. Very pleased with the stay,overall.

A great little hotel in the heart of Birmingham. Right on a tram line to get you into town quicker if you don’t fancy a 20 minute walk. Rooms are really clean and well enough appointed to meet your needs for a few days. The staff have been wonderful - truly couldn’t ask for better service and friendliness. Juliette in the restaurant is the best and Gonzales (?? Spelling) at reception has been so helpful from my first phone call and throughout my stay. If the sounds if nightlife isn’t your thing just ask for earplugs which the hotel provide freely.

Enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was lovely. Staff very helpful. Room was clean although decor a little shabby in places hence 4 stars. Good nights sleep. Overall a lovely stay.

Breakfast was very good and public areas nicely decorated. Once you got off the ground floor to the rooms the hotel looked unloved and relatively basic. The bed was comfortable though and curtains kept the light out. I had a good night's sleep.
