From start to finish, our afternoon tea at The Regis Hotel was an absolutely amazing experience. I visited yesterday with my children, and everything was just perfect. The two staff members, Yousseff and Mehdi, were outstanding. Their customer service was polite, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout. I came with my youngest, who is three years old, and Yousseff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and happy. He paid attention to all her little needs without us even having to ask. I honestly can’t explain how thoughtful and kind he was — it truly made our experience extra special. The atmosphere was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. I cannot wait to go back again and would definitely recommend The Regis Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful afternoon tea experience.

I recently visited Park Regis for their Valentine’s Edition Afternoon Tea, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, Youssef delivered exceptional customer service. He welcomed us warmly, escorted us to our beautifully prepared table, and immediately set the tone for the afternoon. His approach was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. What stood out to me most was how personal his service felt — attentive without being intrusive. He checked in regularly, ensuring everything was to our satisfaction, which I truly value as a guest. We were offered complimentary prosecco on arrival, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every element was clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. The atmosphere was equally impressive — relaxed, elegant, and calm enough for conversation without needing to raise our voices. It created the perfect setting to fully enjoy the experience. I want to particularly commend Youssef. Outstanding service elevates any experience, and his positive energy, professionalism, and attentiveness made all the difference. Staff like him are an asset to any establishment. An elegant setting, excellent food, and service that truly stands out — I will certainly be returning.

WOW… where do I start, We arrived there earlier than we expected and was greeted by Waqar (Front Of House), his professionalism was just outstanding in every way possible, always had a smile on his face and greeted us like we were royalty. He gave us a room upgrade as it was our anniversary and also gave us a complimentary drink. From the moment we walked in the main doors we were just mind blown, the whole hotel is just so beautiful and has a luxurious but homely feel. Don’t think we have ever been so relaxed. We were put on the 11th floor which was great for the views, the room itself was just perfect, the bed was so comfy and we could have slept there all day. Another big thank you to the customer relations team for leaving us a card, a small tea-cake and a teddy bear made from the towels. That will be an anniversary we will never forget. Thank you to Kinal too for another complimentary drink which was left in our room. Also got to mention the night staff, Matthew and Maverick for dealing with our every request, again the service was outstanding and they always had a smile on their faces. The same goes for the other night staff: Farouq and Sebastian, They were always happy to say hello and ask how our stay was. Only thing is Matthew needs some better jokes and a new star badge on his suit. Another person to mention is the Housekeeper, didn’t manage to catch her name but she done an amazing job of cleaning the room and she even left a note to my partner asking what perfume she used as it smells so nice…. This made our stay even better too. All the staff did a great job, Im still shocked to see that the glass for my Madri came out of the fridge, the cocktails were great too my partner took a taste to the “brummie bellini”. Overall if I could rate it more than 5 stars I would but it was such an amazing stay and something we will remember forever. We will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

They were both incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Their warm hospitality and excellent customer care really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcomed.

The service continued to be top-tier throughout our time there. Yousaf and Franco looked after us perfectly, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The hotel was peaceful, and the Christmas decorations looked stunning, creating a lovely, festive atmosphere. As for the afternoon tea- everything on the classic menu was beautifully presented & delicious. However, the scones were the absolute highlight for me. They were so good that I had to personally meet and thank Chef Jiten! It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the menu. A huge thank you to the pleasant and professional team at Park Regis for such a fantastic afternoon. We will definitely be back!
