Absolutely loved it here, our suite was spotless and great value. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were fantastic. Food isn't good, cold and cheap produce for very high price.

we stayed here 15/01 – 17/01. our check-in and check-out was with Emilia who very helpful, friendly and made sure we knew everything we needed to, from what time things were available down to making sure our car parking was sorted. on our first night, we had a slight problem with the TV in our room but Hajar was incredibly helpful and very quickly went above and beyond making sure our issue was resolved. the hotel itself was beautiful, but the wonderful staff are what made our stay unforgettable, thank you!

The premium room on the 13th floor on the corner was great. Clean and tidy. Mattress way too soft for my preference. Shower was lovely and hot with great amenities and fluffy white towels. The A/C didn't heat up, so had to turn it off to keep the room warm. All staff were help and cheerful. Breakfast was brilliant and I would be back just for that. Pretty building close to everything.

Stayed here a couple times when working in the city. Have found my stay pleasant each time. Rooms are spacious, clean and this time I had a great view out the window which you can see the Holloway Circus roundabout. Breakfast was lovely had a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries and of course your regular English and Irish fry up. It extremely well located being a short 5min walk from Birmingham New Street Station and all the shops and restaurants your heart desires all within a stone throw away. Will definitely be staying here next time Im need to be in the centre of Birmingham.

Radisson Blu- Stay Date: 28/2/26** We chose this hotel for its sentimental value to us, but our recent experience was disappointing. - **Late Check-Out Paid For**: We paid for a late check-out, which was an important part of our stay. - **Disruption**: We were woken up at 5 AM by loud fighting and shouting from the room above us. After reporting this to reception, we ended up oversleeping. - **Request for Extra Time**: We informed reception about our situation and requested an additional 30 minutes to pack and get ready. - **Unprofessional Behavior**: Olivia, the receptionist, came to our room and was extremely rude and confrontational. She held the door open while we were half-dressed and escalated the situation by stepping into our room during a private moment. This lack of professionalism and customer service skills was very disappointing, especially given the hotel's sentimental significance to us. We hope management addresses these issues to improve future guests' experiences. ---
