An incredible stay! We were on one of the higher floors and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered the best views of Birmingham I’ve ever seen—especially at night. The room was sleek, modern, and very clean. Being just a 5-minute walk from New Street Station and the Bullring made exploring the city so easy. If you stay here, definitely request a high floor for the view!

we stayed here 15/01 – 17/01. our check-in and check-out was with Emilia who very helpful, friendly and made sure we knew everything we needed to, from what time things were available down to making sure our car parking was sorted. on our first night, we had a slight problem with the TV in our room but Hajar was incredibly helpful and very quickly went above and beyond making sure our issue was resolved. the hotel itself was beautiful, but the wonderful staff are what made our stay unforgettable, thank you!

The premium room on the 13th floor on the corner was great. Clean and tidy. Mattress way too soft for my preference. Shower was lovely and hot with great amenities and fluffy white towels. The A/C didn't heat up, so had to turn it off to keep the room warm. All staff were help and cheerful. Breakfast was brilliant and I would be back just for that. Pretty building close to everything.

As part of a business trip we choose the Blu good location massive building, unfortunately at the time elevator 3 was having some issues and was stop, starting very unnerving indeed. Breakfast was ok certainly not the best I have had but better than some major chains. Room was a good size and the bathroom facilities worked as expected. Well placed for a shopping or business trip to the city.

On check in they asked if we wanted to add breakfast on. We said yes at the time. And was advised they would take it out of the 50 pounds deposit on check out. We did not have breakfast in end and on check out advised them we did not have it. We were advised that's fine they will check ok and refund it to my card. I have just received 5.10 on my card . They charged us for not having breakfast . Totally appalling. I phoned hotel and he said yes sorry it's was me you dealt with in check out. I've been advised breakfast is not refunded and forgot to call you. Now this is what I don't call exceptional service. Room bathroom leaked When showering as no seal at bottom of shower door and strong smell of drains. I would definitely not recommended this hotel .
