I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from our room was amazing – you can see the whole city, especially at night when it’s beautifully lit up. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore Birmingham. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of options, and everything was fresh and tasty. I also have to mention the reception staff – they were so kind, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Birmingham – great views, great location, and wonderful service!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was spotless, spacious, and offered stunning views – a real highlight. It was also peaceful and quiet, perfect for a good night's rest. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city center. Highly recommend!

Sleep was perfect The service at the hotel desk was fantastic very friendly happy and helpful really down to earth and easy to talk to Unfortunately room 1213 had a lot of issues for us air conditioning not working plug sockets not working cooler not working and so on… how ever will we stay here again? yes because of the staff being so nice and over all we did sleep really well and the 12pm check out is a big one for me! so I’d say because the room with the problems I’d give 2 stars.. but for the staff late check out and sleep we had id give 5 stars.. lets hope we can change that room star next time (room1213) really needs looking in to a lot of things not right in there in my opinion

Hideous! No air con during June heatwave. Room temperature was 29 degrees. Was offered a fan. No sleep. Unacceptable for a modern middle ranking hotel in a city centre. Inhumane conditions. Other guests all making same complaint. Should be offered refunds as a minimum!

Check in after a 15 hour work day during one of the hottest weeks of the year. No working air conditioning, no fridge, windows don't open, no space to move rooms. Would not recommend. By the end of my stay 4 days later. It still wasn't fixed. No communication/updates from the staff. No compensation. No gestures of good will.
