Absolutely gem of a hotel in such a great location too. Staff are really friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic only downside was tea and coffee was on the landing so not easy to get if having a lie in. Didn't put kenoff giving the 5 star rating though as it was a superb stay!! Breakfast was delicious too... love a continental! Definitely planning another visit as the area is so lively and has such a good vibe!! Loved not!

Fun, quirky and full of personality without compromising quality. The rooms are a little small but well appointed, the staff and service are superb. A special mention to Emanuel and Emily who are amazing front of house ambassadors. Their genuine friendly and welcoming service is what makes boutique hotels so much better than the franchise big box alternatives. Highly recommended for those in search of distinctive hospitality.

What an awesome location! Great atmosphere and even better staff!! Although all the staff has been incredibly welcoming, Emanuel and Emily are nothing short of amazing. If you're looking for a great boutique hotel this is the place to stay. So much to see all in walking distance. Highly recommend

I stayed 6 nights at the Ruby Lucy in London and had a great experience. My room was spacious, the breakfast was good and i especially appreciated that the hotel bar was always staffed and available for quick bite or drink. The galleys stocked with boiling water and tea/coffee are a neat and welcome addition. Can only recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay around Waterloo Station.

We had a great stay at Ruby Lucy Hotel. The staff made the experience excellent. They were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early before check-in; they stored our luggage and gave us (good) recommendations for nearby activities until we were able to check-in. The hotel was comfortable, cool, and clean. We enjoyed some drinks on the terrace, which was really nice. The hotel is also conveniently located. Although we walked most places, the underground was only a short walk from the hotel. Note: The rooms are small and there's no separate bathroom. It was cramped getting into and out of the shower, but we managed fine. From what I understand, the room is pretty typical for a boutique hotel in London. All things considered, we would definitely stay here again!
