非常推薦！ Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was well-ventilated and comfortable. Its location in the Soho area was incredibly convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Plus, having a supermarket just downstairs was a huge bonus. A special mention to Azidah, who went above and beyond in assisting me with a package shipment. I greatly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 nts from 16th Jan 2026 and found contrary to some reviews that all the staff were friendly and helpful with the concierge getting a 10 out of 10, what a lovely, cheerful, helpful man, who ever it was on duty this weekend should get a large pay rise he's an asset to the hotel. The location is in a perfect spot with easy access to everything we wanted to go to. The room not so good, clean and small but shower tray overflowing and no tea tray which I understand is the new owners policy. The communal areas definitely need a new decoration and carpets as its looking tatty in places, also the outside needs a really good clean and spruce up as the hotel is it is quite off putting. Would stay again so, Criterion put your money into it, look after your staff and you will appeal to many more customers.

We’ve stayed here several times before. Reasons for coming back were the location and the reasonably decent rooms. We won’t be coming again, though. Our room appeared to have had all the ‘optionals’ removed, eg kettle coffee etc. It felt a bit Spartan. Also… Check in time was 3.00pm, pretty standard, and we expected that our room would not be ready at 12.30 when we arrived. Turns out it was ready. However we couldn’t go into it unless we paid £20. Hmm. Bit of a pricey racket going on there. No matter, we’d leave our bags in left luggage. £10 per bag! Not the usual £1-2 or maybe just a tip. No thanks.

We went with my friend and stayed for 6 nights. The hotel’s location is amazing, close to everything and right in the city center. Because we booked early, it wasn’t too expensive for us. We stayed in a Signature Twin Room with two separate beds. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The room was too small for us, and we had trouble opening our suitcases. When we first arrived, it was very clean. They also tidied up the room every day, emptied the trash, and restocked the toilet paper. However, we noticed that the bed sheets and towels were not changed every day. Luckily, we had brought our own pillowcases and towels. Also, as far as we could tell, the floors weren’t vacuumed or mopped. The windows only open a little, so we couldn’t really ventilate the room. On our last day, it was very helpful that we could leave our luggage at the hotel, and the staff were kind. Still, for a hotel that we only used for sleeping, it was enough.

Have stayed here several times before and been quite satisfied with service and location. Apparently there has been a shift in ownership and culture since last time, sadly for the worse. Previously free luggage storage is now 10£ per ITEM. Good luck to any familys… We also had a weird experience with towels. After they cleaned during our stay they removed all the towels (including the ones hung up to use again) and left only one small towel to dry hands and one small towel on the floor outside shower (we are 2 adults). We were also sick with a stomach bug/virus during our stay and in dire need of bottled water to stay hydrated. Called reception to ask if they could bring some up and charge our rooms, but no, we had to go down to lobby ourselves and use the vending machine, risking contaminating anyone else on the way or throwing up. They really could not offer this small service at a hotel? Will certainly not be staying here on any future visits.
