Is there on-site parking?

The road and the forecourt leading to the hotel is private so for the convenience of our guest we provides guests with a Valet parking at £85 per day. Guests can relax and enjoy their stay without worrying about their car. Car will waiting for you on your departure day on the Hotel forecourt. If you prefer not to use the Valet parking the Design Centre have parking space just 200metres from the hotel forecourt.

Is there WiFi in the hotel?

The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi to all its guests, providing them with a fast and reliable connection in every area of the hotel.

Once again excellent service from all staff. Especially mojit. We have been staying here for over 10 years and the experience always gey better each year. The rooms and staff are top notch 👌 wouldn't ever stay anywhere else in the city and this hotel has become our bolthole, home away from home. Thank you mojit and chelsea harbour for another amazing stay. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Overall, my girlfriend and I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and the quality of its facilities. The room was comfortable, well presented, and the balcony upgrade was a nice gesture. However, our experience was impacted by service delays. We waited around 45 minutes past the stated check-in time on arrival, which affected our first impression. Additionally, when trying to access the wellness area, we waited unattended at the desk for approximately 20 minutes, which significantly reduced the time we were able to enjoy the facilities. The staff we interacted with were polite and professional, and we appreciated the efforts made to accommodate us. With improved staffing presence and smoother coordination at key service points, the overall guest experience could be greatly enhanced.

Lovely room and comfy bed but room very dusty and had a neglected air about it. Restaurant was appalling and we had to wait 45 minutes for a main course which arrived without sides. When they did come they were undercooked and our main dish was then cold. Complained but manager completely ineffectual as is all the other staff there. No staff member would take charge and no one appeared to have the power to resolve the issue.We refused to pay for our meal as we felt so badly looked after .. we didnt eat it! They took the money anyway from our card! Disgusting and totally unfair! Told by Reception that we would get a refund but later on this was denied. Was told to email with complaints. Felt utterly bullied and ignored. Breakfast was ok but not what I expect from such an expensive hotel. Dont recommend at all!.

1⭐️ Literally had the worst birthday at this hotel. I’m sure this hotel used to be very good, but there is something deeply wrong now. First, I specifically booked the River View Suite because of the perks that are included, especially early check in at 10am and late check out at 2pm. This room also includes a complimentary upgrade. I arrived at the hotel desk ready to check in early and they said check in is at 3pm. I explained the type of room I booked and what it is says on the website and they just looked at me like I was saying something foreign or silly. They did not care. They said to come back at 12pm, I did this and was finally checked in. The website also says the River View Suite includes a bowl of fruit. I did not get this. I was not offered the complimentary upgrade either, which the rooms comes with (the hotel was not busy so I 100% know that an upgrade was doable and available). The sauna was also not working and most of the changing room lockers do not work. The lifts were not working so I had to walk up 7 floors after my spa massage. I no longer felt relaxed when I finally got to my hotel Room 706. I felt like not only did I waste money on this hotel room…. I wasted money on the massage after I had to walk up 7 floors. I was exhausted after this. I ordered an orange juice with room service and the glass was so dirty. It didn’t look like it was washed. The next morning I called reception to see if they would allow me to check out at 2pm and they told me that check out is at 11am. Once again, I explained the type of room I booked and what the website says. She then says, “okay, you can check out at 1pm for free, if you need 1 more hour then it’s £28”. This response tells me everything I need to know about this hotel. Pathetic. This is most definitely not a 5 star hotel. This rating needs to be revoked. This is a 2 star hotel posing as a 5 star hotel. I did not feel relaxed on my birthday. I just wanted peace and for things to go smoothly JUST FOR ONE NIGHT. This was definitely the worst experience I have ever had. I was constantly gaslit when I explained what the room includes and what I’m entitled to. I feel like I was scammed. It’s like the staff don’t know anything about what they’re selling. OR…. they do know, and they’re just stingy and mean. Either way, I won’t be back and I will be telling everyone about this. I am absolutely appalled and I am demanding a full refund. You cannot get away with charging premium prices and not deliver premium. You can’t even deliver the bare minimum. You are a scam! ***Edit: The hotel took a prepayment/deposit of £100 at check-in which contributes to my room service bill which came up to £115. At check out, the woman at the desk said she will use my prepayment to pay for the bill. So I only needed to pay £15 at check out because I prepaid £100. Well….They have double charged me another full £115. I already PRE-PAID at Check-in £100 for my Room Service. They should have only taken £15 at CHECK-OUT.*** Coriena.

⭐ 1 STAR – FROM BAD SERVICE TO BLACKMAIL & HARASSMENT This review is a follow-up to my original complaint, which the hotel failed to resolve properly. During my stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel, the TV in my room did not work. Instead of fixing the issue, I was told to change rooms at 12am, in the middle of the night. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that markets itself as luxury. To make matters worse, an untrained bellboy was sent to deal with the issue, clearly not equipped or knowledgeable. The situation caused unnecessary stress and disruption, and the level of service was nowhere near what this hotel claims to offer. After leaving an honest review, the situation deteriorated further. I was then offered £40 on the condition that I remove my review. I was made very clear: remove the review and get £40, or keep it and get nothing. This is not customer service — this feels like blackmail. On top of that, I was harassed with numerous phone calls from the hotel, pressuring me to take the review down instead of addressing the real issues. Being repeatedly contacted in this manner is uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unacceptable. The problems don’t stop there: • The spa facilities do not work properly • The men’s steam room was not working • The men’s sauna was also not working These are major facilities, not small extras, and guests are not warned in advance. Charging premium prices while core amenities are out of service is misleading ⭐ 1 STAR – Unacceptable Stay, Demanding Refund This was without question one of the most unacceptable and distressing hotel stays I have experienced, particularly for a hotel charging premium prices like Chelsea Harbour Hotel. We paid a substantial amount of money for a room upgrade with marina view, expecting a luxury experience and competent service. The full upgraded amount was taken immediately, yet the service delivered was completely inadequate. The television in our room did not work at all, which is a basic facility. When this was reported, instead of a trained technician, an untrained bellboy was sent to our room and attempted to fix the TV by watching a YouTube video on his phone. This was unprofessional, embarrassing, and entirely inappropriate for a hotel of this supposed standard. Despite this failure, the issue was not properly resolved and we were then told to change rooms at 12am, in the middle of the night. Being asked to pack up and move rooms at that hour — after paying extra for an upgrade — showed a complete lack of care, organisation, and respect for paying guests. This caused significant distress, disruption, and exhaustion. The experience was chaotic, poorly managed, and far below the standard advertised. A paid upgrade should never involve broken amenities, improvised repairs, and being forced to relocate rooms at midnight. The stay we received was not what we paid for. Given the severity of these failures, a full or substantial refund is warranted. I expect hotel management to formally respond, explain how this situation was allowed to happen, and confirm what refund or compensation will be issued. If this is not resolved appropriately, I will have no option but to escalate the matter further. I strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking or paying extra for an upgrade here.
