Very nice Suite near the Spa. We had booked at the spa as well. We were able to go down in our robes due to location of the room. Staff in hotel were super friendly and very accomodating. Chelsea is always a really nice place to walk around. Overall 100% would recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay here. The concierge (Asia) was so helpful and welcoming. There was a slight mis-booking with our room but she resolved it quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel it a little dated in some areas but personally I like the feel of it and the rooms are very spacious. Location is great for the river views and peaceful area but not very connected for travelling into Central London. Would stay here again, good value for money.

Overall, my girlfriend and I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and the quality of its facilities. The room was comfortable, well presented, and the balcony upgrade was a nice gesture. However, our experience was impacted by service delays. We waited around 45 minutes past the stated check-in time on arrival, which affected our first impression. Additionally, when trying to access the wellness area, we waited unattended at the desk for approximately 20 minutes, which significantly reduced the time we were able to enjoy the facilities. The staff we interacted with were polite and professional, and we appreciated the efforts made to accommodate us. With improved staffing presence and smoother coordination at key service points, the overall guest experience could be greatly enhanced.

Really disappointed in our stay here at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel and Spa. Booked for a special occasion thinking it was going to be a luxury experience, especially the spa (as it’s marketed as a hotel and spa). The spa was incredibly low standard - it felt dirty and not well-maintained, with a strange smell in the changing rooms and shower area and no staff available to greet you when you arrive. We didn't even attempt to use the sauna or steam room due to the smell of that area. The only useable facility in the spa was the swimming pool, and even that wasn’t very well maintained (for example, the large mirrors around the pool were all very dirty and you could tell they hadn’t been cleaned for a good few days at least). I would highly recommend not coming to stay here if you’re looking for a luxury spa experience as it’s far from that. For the high price point, we were expecting high quality service and facilities so really disappointed in this. We were planning to spend at least two full afternoons at the spa during our stay and spent about half an hour on the first day. Breakfast was also very disappointing. At £25 per person (plus a surprise £3 for ‘service charge’ despite it being self service!), we were expecting a really decent selection. We had to wait 10 minutes for a table to be cleared for us and then when we went to get our food, we were greeted with cold eggs and beans, about 3 pastries, an empty orange juice dispenser and had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring sausages and bacon that had run out. The room itself was okay - a nice lounge area, but the bedroom pretty cramped. The shower was also very small and the water was really weak. The reception staff were quite friendly. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially not if you’re looking for something high standard or luxury. We will not be returning.

Who books a hotel and ends up sleeping on the floor due to the inadequacy of the sofa bed? Me that’s who, if you are the shape of a rainbow you would have had an amazing nights sleep! Spa facilities also really dated. Edit 23:00 on 22/02 Your statement below about no one being aware is completely untrue, concern sent via your company website in the early hours and confirmation of my complaint acknowledged below, I also informed the receptionist on checking out and she said the General Manager would be in contact, and guess what? No contact. Dear Greg, Thank you for contacting us. Your feedback is of utmost importance to us, and we would like to confirm that we have received your feedback. Regards, MyMillennium Your Submission Details Title Mr Given Name: Greg Last Name: Livermore Email Address: Topic: Other/General feedback Venue: The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London Membership Number: Note: Hi, I’m currently staying in room 113 and sending this email as I lay on the floor trying to sleep as the sofa bed I am meant to be sharing with my son is completely inadequate as a bed, my daughter and wife are fast asleep in the main bed. The sofa bed is not flat, the middle section is higher than either end, if you lay as you should in a bed your body is in a curve with your head and toes going downwards. I’ve tried sleeping in a fetal position using two thirds of the bed but again due to the slope and metal bars of the bed this is not possible. There isn’t anything you can do at this present time as I do not want my family disturbed but wanted to make you aware of this situation now rather than in the morning. Please do not knock or call. Thanks.
